Premium websites, portals, and business software for teams that need technology to feel calm, useful, and handled.
What we believe
Technology should make your life easier, not harder. We handle the complex stuff so you can focus on running the business.
The Eziom Team
What we build
The website is only one part of the experience. We help shape the paths around it: proposals, payments, onboarding, support, and the internal tools that keep delivery clean.
Fast marketing sites, commerce flows, booking paths, and content systems that are easy for your team to run.
Private proposal, invoice, retainer, and onboarding experiences that make your business feel established.
Dashboards, automations, data tools, and internal workflows that remove the busywork from the week.
The maintenance layer after launch: updates, fixes, security checks, reporting, and calm technical support.

How we work
We turn the messy version of the idea into a clear scope, timeline, and decision list before anyone writes code.
You see the important screens, flows, and tradeoffs while the work is still easy to steer.
Launch is handled with backups, checks, and a care plan so the site keeps working after the excitement fades.
Working together
Most of the stress in technology projects comes from fuzzy scope and open-ended bills. We work the other way around: agree the plan and the price up front, then build it in steps you can see.
Every project starts with a short scoping conversation, then a written scope and a single fixed price. No hourly meters, no surprise invoices.
You review and sign off on the important screens and flows while the work is still easy to change, not all at once at the very end.
The code, content, and accounts are yours. We hand them over with plain-English documentation, so you are never locked in.
An optional monthly care plan keeps the system updated, monitored, and supported. Launch day is not the last time you hear from us.
"We do not just write code. We solve the operational problems around it."
Why clients trust us
"They turned the whole tech conversation into something we could actually understand. The site feels polished, and the handoff made our team confident using it."

Who you're working with
I'm Marc Minott, founder of Eziom. For six years I was the IT Director for a healthcare management network, where I kept critical systems reliable and secure and explained them in plain language to people who didn't have time for jargon. Across more than a decade in IT, most of it self-taught, I learned that the hard part is rarely the technology. It's making technology feel calm and dependable, and easy to hand off.
I started Eziom to bring that same steadiness to local businesses, the kind of premium websites, portals, and software that usually feel out of reach for a small team. When you work with Eziom, you work with me directly. I scope the work honestly, build it with care, and stay accountable long after launch.

FAQ
Every project starts with a short scoping conversation, then a written scope and a single fixed price you approve before any work begins. No hourly meters, no surprise invoices.
Most websites and client portals go live in two to four weeks. Larger software builds are planned in phases so you see something useful early instead of waiting months.
Yes. You own the code, the content, and every account. We hand it all over with plain-English documentation so your team can run it without us.
Launch is not the end of the work. An optional monthly care plan covers updates, security checks, backups, monitoring, and small improvements so issues stay small.
Often, yes. We will look at what you have and tell you honestly whether it is worth building on or whether a fresh start will save you money over time.
No. We translate the technical parts into plain language and handle the complex stuff. You stay focused on running the business.
That is a normal and good place to start. The first conversation is about clarifying the real problem before anyone talks about a solution, even if the answer is that you should not build something yet.

Send the messy version. We will help turn it into a practical next step, even if that step is simply knowing what not to build.
